2021 Dutchmen Coleman Lantern LT
Renovated 2021 Coleman Lantern LT 17B. Our light and airy camper will feel like your home away from home with all the amenities you need. Inside you will find a queen and two twin bunks with upgraded mattresses, a 2 burner stove, refrigerator and a microwave. There is a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. A/C and fireplace heater so you will be comfortable during any season.Fully stocked with everything you would need for a fantastic camping getaway. Lots of extras included.Just provide your clothes and food, everything else can be found in our camper!Please contact for pick up/drop off arrangement and any questions. Camper will be neat and clean prior to pick up/delivery. It is expected that the camper return in the same condition. A $150 cleaning fee will be assessed if the camper is returned/picked up in worse condition.
This is a no smoking camper. Anyone found to have done will forfeit their entire security deposit. Pets are not allowed: deep cleaning fee - $150
Pick up and drop off times are flexible - please inquire with your preferred times.
Camper must be broom swept, a broom and dustpan are provided for messes.
Linens /towels to be bagged for laundering when camper returned. Laundry bag provided.
Grey water and black water tanks must be emptied at the campground before return to owners. Otherwise a $125 fee will he deducted from security deposit.
Out of state travel must be approved ahead of booking.
GVWR - 3850. Please ensure proper towing capacity. 2 5/8” ball necessary.

Hello, we are Tricia and Joe Ramos. We are long time primitive campers who made the switch to a travel trailer during the pandemic. We come from a big family of campers that each have our own travel trailers and love to spend our weekends together!
