All the usual amenities, very clean. Upgraded CD/Radio on dash and outside. Mood lighting inside. LED lighting inside and out. Backup camera. New tires. Excellent performance with gasoline (not diesel) Ford Triton V10 powertrain. Driver seat 6-way adjustable. Automatic exhaust fan in bedroom. Manual exhaust fans in bathroom and over cab. AC works great even on really hot days. Quite built in generator.

Yes, be aware of the width and length. When turning watch the wide swing out of the rear end. Backup camera makes parking a breeze! There is a 6 way adjustable driver seat that easily accommodates tall and shorter drivers.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Fairly flexible, with pre-arranged days/times. Please leave 1-1.5 hours for checkout and checkin. Less if you are experienced Motorhome users.

Water, Grey, Black water all are 35 gallons each.
15k BTU ducted AC handles the hot Texas summers just great! Operates on plug in power OR the generator.
