$150 Cleanup Fee only apply if the RV is not cleaned and/or the septic tanks are not emptied. All inquiries are pending until payment is received.

The following charges will be deducted from your Security Deposit: Failure to dump holding tanks, toll fees, and the cost of repairs for any damages noted during check-in inspection. Renter is responsible for the actual retail cash value of the Vehicle on the date of loss if it cannot be repaired, missing equipment, administrative expenses incurred processing a damage claim, whether or not you were at fault during the incident, up to the deductible amount of the collision/comprehensive insurance. Renter shall assume responsibility for theft and vandalism to the Vehicle. Pets and Smoking inside the RV are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeit of the entire security deposit.
