We are so honored you chose our camper to take out and make memories with! In order to ensure each reservation meets expectations, we ask that you follow the rules of the road. This will ensure your trip and every trip after will be safe and clean for each family. If you have any questions or concerns about any of these rules, we are happy to answer those questions for you: No boondocking No pets inside the camper No climbing on the roof Dinette is not to be converted to a bed No cooking fish or bacon (or anything else smelly) INSIDE the camper. Smells like that stay in the camper long after your rental period is complete. It is sometimes very difficult to get the smell out, and we want it as clean and odorless as possible for all our campers. The Radiance is fully equipped with an amazing outdoor kitchen, covered by an awning. You will be able to cook almost anything in the outdoor kitchen. No smoking, vaping, excessive drinking, or use of any illegal drug is allowed in the camper. If there is evidence of any of these upon return, the entire security deposit will be held until we can assess any damage, pay for a professional cleaning service, and a penalty will come out of the deposit. The camper must be returned in excellent condition, as it was when you picked it up for your booking (before and after photos will be taken). If the camper is not returned in clean condition, an excessive cleaning penalty will be taken from your security deposit. If you choose, you can pre-pay a cleaning fee in order to avoid the excessive cleaning penalty. Hours of operation: Pick up and drop off time is Noon. If you need to pick up or drop off the camper at a different time than our allotted time slot, please let us know so we can make arrangements. A penalty may apply.
