5.0Great experience, first time renting a trailer like this and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Was pleasantly surprised to find that trailer was already stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. Only thing I really needed to provide was linens and food! Unit was very clean and well kept, no issues at all during the trip. The office staff and mechanics were very friendly and helpful, made me very comfortable with the whole process. Will definitely rent here again!

3.0Darla was wonderful, however first night in the trailer we went to put the heat on which was the sole purpose for renting due to weather conditions and it didn’t work. The reason for the three star is because I thought maybe we would get more than the 32 dollars back for renting the brake control back. I would definitely recommend for the service but in this case since I rented it for 4 nights I think I should have gotten more than 32 dollars back.
