No smoking, vaping, or drug use; if the rig comes back smelling of any kind of smoke your entire security deposit will be retained for professional cleaning. We love pets and allow pets. Never leave pets unattended in the RV. If the RV comes back full of muddy paw prints and lots of dog hair or smells of urine or feces, $350.00 will be deducted from the security deposit for professional cleaning. Absolutely no cats allowed in rig, owners highly allergic. Sorry! Should you chose a site that does not have black a grey water dump station, a fee of 125.00 will be deducted from your security deposit for a dump fee. General cleaning is required of the renters. If you have food, take it and dispose of it. We will do the final cleaning and sanitizing but pick up after yourself and make sure everything is in decent condition. If the Rig is trashed, a $200.00 fee will be deducted from your security deposit. Breaking any of the above rules can result in a fee that will be deducted from your security deposit. Renters are required to complete the Outdoorsy Driver Verification process within 2 weeks of booking the reservation. If not, you run the risk of the reservation being cancelled. Overall, if you take care of the rig like it's your own, you won't have any fees. THIS RULE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT Take lots of pictures, listen to your music a little louder than normal, make sure the beer stays cold, laugh, then laugh some more, and create memories that will last a lifetime! 😁
