2003 Four Winds Majestic F350 Super Duty
Minnie is very easy to drive. She features an automatic with cruise and overdrive options. There is a TON of storage space in the cargo area at the back for all your luggage and personal items. She officially sleeps 4 people, (2 on the bunk, 2 on the couch. Note the table Does NOT fold down to a bed). The spec sheet tells us Minnie features a 150L fresh water tank, 92L grey tank, and 92L black tank.She's so mini, you can park in a regular parking lot stall! :)Minnie has a 3 burner propane stove top, convection microwave, double sink, fridge/freezer, ceiling mounted electric AC unit, heater, plenty of cabinet and overhead cupboard space. She also has a rear bath which includes a sink/vanity with a mirrored medicine cabinet, an adult shower and a foot flush toilet. By the entry door there's a large double door cabinet that can be used to hang your coats and 2 drawers underneath for extra storage.Please note Minnie will be winterized and parked at the end of August, and will be unavailable until next spring.Ce qui est inclusYou're able to customize Minnie with whatever items we supply (up to 6). There are plenty of adventures to go on, from easy hikes to horseback riding, kayaking on the river or checking out the Gondola on Sulphur Mountain! This is our family motorhome, so we're looking for renters who will treat it like we would.Since the owners have strong allergies to most pets, we unfortunately can't accept reservations with pets.We are non-smokers, so no smoking or vaping inside the unit.No climbing on Minnie’s roof.A damage inspection and inventory will be completed upon pick up and drop off which you will need to acknowledge and sign. This process shouldn't take more than an hour and will familiarize you with Minnie, how to empty tanks, how to drive her properly, and what to expect…and will let us get to know each other :)Accepting the roadside assistance and insurance coverage is mandatory.There is no awning on this unit.Other fees:An Uber to/from the airport is ~ $25 each way.If you would like Minnie brought to / picked up from the airport, a fee of $75 for each will be applied. Please provide ample time from the airport for your flight and Minnie’s check-in / check-out process.Minnie will be provided to you clean both inside and out. There is a required $150 cleaning fee, which will be used to sanitized and clean her to our standards. Please return Minnie in the condition you received it in to avoid additional charges. If Minnie’s exterior is exceptionally dirty or requires extra washing, there is an additional charge of $100.If the water tanks (black, grey, fresh) are not empty upon drop off, there will be a charge of $100 for emptying.Minnie’s gas tank will be full at pick-up. If her gas tank is not full at drop-off there will be a charge of whatever the cost is to fill it up, plus $100 for our time to do so.If it works for our schedule and you'd like to pick up early on the same day, there is a $30/hr early pick up fee. Arlene was an excellent host and was able to accommodate a last minute trip request. She communicates effectively and her instructions on how to work the amenities were clear. The motorhome was comfortable and was great on the highway (to the Shuswap and back). We'd definitely rent again.
