Thorough explanations & flexible
Lilian is responsive, easy to work with, and kind. She provides comprehensive instructions on trailer operation and is accommodating with pickup and drop-off schedules.
Clean, well-equipped, spacious trailer
The 2021 Keystone Hideout is consistently reported as clean, in excellent condition, and exactly as described. It features a huge slide-out, power awning, hitch, and stabilizers, and includes everything needed for a trip. One user noted being careful when retracting the awning with the door open.

4.0The trailer is super nice and clean and did the trick for our group of 4 adults, 3 kids. Be careful when retracting the awning with the door open.
