2023 Coachmen Apex Remote 16R | Lightweight, Off-Grid Ready Adventure TrailerLooking for an easy-to-tow travel trailer that's perfect for a couple's getaway or a family adventure with a couple of kids? Our 2023 Coachmen Apex Remote 16R offers all the comforts you need in a compact, lightweight package. This trailer is designed for both campground stays and off-grid camping. The large 6 cu. ft. refrigerator operates on either propane or electricity, so you're not limited to powered campsites. Roof-mounted solar helps keep the battery charged during most long weekends when conditions are favorable, making it a great option for boondocking and provincial park camping. If full-service sites are more your style, the trailer is equipped with air conditioning and a microwave for added comfort and convenience (both require shore power to operate). One of the best features of the RV is how easy it is to tow. Its narrow 7-foot width allows most full-size pickups and SUVs to easily see around the trailer, making highway driving and maneuvering much less stressful than with wider units.Features

Recreating for my wife and I has always centered around camping. We started out with a tiny 2 person tent with a nice mix of front country and backcountry camping, graduated to an a-frame trailer, then now to our 16' traditional bumper pull. It's been a great unit for us, especially with our daughter in the mix now. There aren't too many places we haven't been in Canada west of Calgary and south of Whitehorse.
