Hi! I am Bernie! I am a new 2023 28 foot 2020 Grand Design Imagine 2800 Bunk House.I am extremely comfortable for a family or a couple. With a single large slide, I’m big enough to accommodate a family on a rainy day, but still cozy enough for a couple to enjoy some time away.I have a full separate front bedroom with a comfortable residential Queen-sized bed which is separated from the rest of the space by a large solid sliding door. There is two oversized (double) bunks in the rear and both a sofa and a kitchen table that can also be converted in seconds into two more double beds, good for adults or children.I have a large sized internal bathroom with a separate shower to ensure you enjoy a shower like home should you want. The bathroom has a real porcelain toilet, linen storage, medicine cabinet and sink.I have a well equipped full size kitchen with a gas stove and oven, microwave, full sized 10.0 cu.ft. fridge and freezer, ample pantry storage, stainless steel faucet, and of course kitchen sink.I will be stocked with toilet paper and paper towel. Only certain TP’s can be flushed down my drain so please leave the TP selection to us. We will ensure you have enough for your stay.I look forward to being a part of your next adventure!-BernieCe qui est inclusMy kitchen is stocked with almost everything you could need for cooking both inside the trailer or outside and I come equipped with a French Press, a stove top espresso maker, and a classic enamel prrcolator to provide the perfect coffee setup for your campsite mornings.There is a separate outdoor ‘kitchen’ with a griddle, a hookup for a portable gas BBQ (not included), and a small fridge to the rear.RecommandationsBeing located in Calgary, I am perfectly located for adventures in the Rocky Mountains, the Alberta badlands, and the beauty of the Canadian Prairies.Being wrapped with lots of insulation and with a big furnace I can be used in the extended season, even when the snow starts to fall.Autres points à signalerIf you rent me, my owners will give you a full run down of where to find everything you will need for a fun and safe trip as well as how to hook and set me up. They will also be available to you 24/7 in case of any emergencies or you have any questions.You will need a vehicle that can tow up to 8,900 pounds as that is how much I weigh when I am full of water, food, and bags.I am a very loved trailer, well maintained, very clean and so comfortable you will not want your time with me to be over. I’m professionally cleaned and sanitized after each rental, so you can camp with comfort knowing that all sanitary and COVID precautions have been taken.*** Pick up is at 3:00 the first day, and due back by 12:00 on the return day to facilitate cleaning between bookings. If you need an earlier pickup, rent the prior night as well; and if you need a late return, rent the following night also. Any returns after 12:00 on the return day will incur an additional nights fee.
