I rented the unit and paid for delivery. The day prior to delivery Wendy contacted me asking for $200 for delivery. I told her I paid and was included in my agreement. She said the site didn’t account for where she actually lived and rather than the $150 I paid it should be $200. She then asked about black tank dumping - obviously when she saw they had to deliver it you should be aware I’m not moving it so yes that would need to be done. She then insisted on a $50 charge for that which wasn’t in the agreement. I paid for it because it was the day before the rental but was forthright that I wasn’t happy with how this situation was unfolding. I know that I won’t rent from them again and hopefully they will do better in the future. Honestly, I’ve owned both travel trailers and motorhomes myself and these owners did not seem to know what they were doing.
