This like-new Jayco Jay Feather trailer is the perfect home away from home for your next adventure. It has a comfortable queen size bed, a bunk house, spacious living area, strong heater and A/C, with a modern and airy feel inside. Make your next camping adventure truly memorable with this camper trailer!For proper towing, you need a 2 5/16 inch ball that is approx 24 inches from the ground. Tow vehicle should have a towing capacity of at least 5000 lbs, have a 7-pin electrical connection, and have a trailer brake controller.Ce qui est inclusThe rig comes with a full tank of propane and can have a full tank of fresh water by request. Fresh linens, towels, pillows, coffee maker, disposable plates & utensils, camping chairs, and basic cleaning supplies are available for nominal fees.

• Excessive dirt in the sink or shower which will require cleaning beyond a wipe-down.This fee can be avoided by ensuring that there is no accumulated waste in the toilet; the shower and sinks have been thoroughly rinsed out, and the waste tanks have the same meter reading as when taking delivery of the trailer.

In addition to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Renter shall cause such Rules and Regulations listed in this Section to be followed by all persons occupying the Trailer. Failure to abide by these Rules and Regulations shall, at the option of Owner, cause early termination of the Rent Term and Renter’s use of the Trailer and forfeiture of all rents and deposits. The Rules and Regulations are as follows:
