Bunkhouse includes 2 bunks gives the kids their own space. (larger bunk weight limit is 250 lb & weight limit on smaller bunk is 125 lb).
Plus Tri Fold Sleeper Sofa
A private bedroom, queen bed w plenty of storage.
For entertainment there is a 43'' LED TV w DVD/Bluetooth/Hdmi ports w surround sound speakers & outside speakers.
We include some DVD’s for the kids to watch on those rainy days!The bathroom has a exterior entry for accessing when outdoors.You'll love the 7-point Auto-Level system/stabilizer which minimizes movement.No pets allowedNo smoking allowed

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

During the week the drop off time of RV to campground is usually between 4:30p-5:00p. Pick up of RV from campground is usually 9:00-10:00am

If I have a FULL HOOK-UP site, do renters have to dump the 2 tanks?
R.
Yes, Renters must fully dump the 2 tanks prior to RV being picked up. If you choice to have owners dump there is an add-on fee of $100. Also, if you attempt to dump the 2 tanks but they're are clogged, there's an add-on fee of $100.

Can the renter haul the RV?
R.
Sorry, we only allow delivery/set-up of RV within 50 miles of owners home for $150. If campground is further then 50 miles from owners home, delivery/set-up is $150 plus $3 for each mile over 50 miles.

Can we smoke in RV?
R.
Sorry no smoking is allowed, you'll be charged $500 for violating this policy.
