Tin Can Annie harkens from the era when campers were called "Tin Can Tourists"... as most models were manufactured by professionals who had once worked in airplane factories during Wwii. She has been refurbished from the ground up (4 years in the making) and now available for camping, parties, rallies, festivals, and more. She is the Estate model and features two sets of single bunks (sleeping four people - each bed is 24 x 72 inches) The dinette table folds done into a large Twin, 76 inches long, by 40 inches wide. There are four bunk beds: Each is 24 inches wide by 72 inches long.
Custom birch interior, - Fully stocked with camping supplies, kitchenware, and an outdoor propane grill.
Simple to use porta-potty With Privacy Tent available upon request.
Renter is responsible for its use and cleanup/emptying.
AIR Conditioner: Yes! Remember, though, that state campgrounds do not offer electric Smoking (or vaping) NOT Allowed.
No water usage or propane gas usage in the camper- I provide a Coleman outdoor stove, two burner, at no cost, plus a table/stand for washing dishes outside, should there not be facilities in the camp for washing dishes. Soap and washbin also provided. Included are two small propane tanks.
