Beds linens are add-on option because some people want to bring their own the charge is only cleaning and sanitation fees.Ce qui est inclusWe will show you how to operate the camper during pick ups.The camper is fully equipped with Keurig machine, kitchen cookware, plates cups and utensils. The water can be heated in the camper so we will fill up the water tank for you if you requested. We have solar panel which will be on at all times with no extra charge. Solar panel is only to top up the battery and will take up to 6 hours of full sun to fully charge the battery. If you’re boon-docking, you will need a generator. The battery alone will not run the microwave, A/C and plug outlets. If you’re using your own bedding you can request the memory foam for the beds without extra charge. We want you to be comfortable. The hitch in the picture can be provided to you if need it.Autres points à signalerWe love our camper and it is brand new. We hope you love and create great memories during your travels. We simply ask that you take good care of our little guy. Something simple you can do like taking off/cleaning your muddy boots before entering the camper :) Please do not smoke in the camper and be gentle with our equipments. We understand normal ware and tear will happen however you will be responsible to cover the cost of any damage/broken parts of the camper and equipments. Please use water regulator and surge protector before connecting city water/electricity to the camper. We want you to have great fun and worry free. Please contact me if any question. 4.0Overall we had a wonderful experience. AJ gave us thorough instructions of how manage the camper and all its features. The camper itself was spotless. You can tell she takes very good care of it. My only criticism of the experience was that the address for pick up was outdated which made us arrive at our destination and hour or so later than we had planned. In the future, this can be easily remedied by confirming well in advance the pick up address. In hindsight we probably should've have done that and will likely do that in the future when renting a camper. I would definitely rent from AJ again!
