Overall, we had a good experience with this RV rental. The RV was exactly as pictured, clean, and ready for our week-long trip. Communication was excellent throughout the rental, and the owner was always quick to respond. When we experienced an issue with the slide-out, he responded immediately and helped us get it resolved. The only disappointment was that before our trip I specifically confirmed that there would be bedding for four people and bath towels included. We were assured there would be, but when we arrived there was only bedding for two people and no towels. Since we had flown in for our vacation, we had to purchase two sleeping bags, two pillows, and four bath towels, which was an unexpected expense. We also couldn't take those items home with us when we flew back. During our trip, another vehicle struck the driver's side mirror and broke the mirror glass. The owner was very fair and reasonable in handling the damage and the amount deducted from our security deposit, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a good rental experience with an honest, responsive owner. I would recommend that future renters verify exactly what linens and towels will be provided, especially if you're flying in and can't easily bring your own.
