Our 34' 2021 Heartland Pioneer camper features a modern design and comfort for the whole family. It can comfortably sleep 6 without converting the sofa and dinette. The queen bedroom has a privacy door. Heat and air conditioning and rated for winter weather, power everything (jack, stabilizers, awning). Don't forget the outdoor kitchen and shower, and pass-through storage. The hot water heater runs on both gas and electric so you never run out of hot water.While we are pet-friendly, please no puppies, housebroken pets only, and please do not leave your furbabies alone in the camper unless in a kennel. We take pride in our camper and hope you will care for it as we do. Absolutely no smoking, no festivals.Weekly and monthly discount rates available. Return the camper clean and in the same condition to avoid the $75 cleaning fee (cleaning supplies provided). If your camping site does not have a dump, there will be a $40 charge for us to dump it after pickup. Camper requires a 30AMP hookup - no generator. **Any renters looking to tow themselves must have prior towing experience. We can provide delivery and setup service on days we are available, so please reach out! Setup and delivery is $60 minimum within 25mi from Centerton, AR.
