5From start to finish, Robert was very professional and friendly. This was my first time camping in an RV, so I had many questions before booking. Robert made sure I was taken care of, and all my concerns were answered. After booking the trip, I decided not to pick it up and have it delivered instead. I thought this would be an issue since it was a last-minute decision, but Robert didn't mind, and arrangements for delivery were made. This made it much better for us; all we did was show up at the campsite. The RV was set up and ready to go. Leaving was also a breeze; we packed up what we brought and left. Robert came, picked it up, and messaged me saying it was all done. This beats tent camping for sure! This won't be the last time we go through Robert. He made everything easy for us, not to mention the RV came with stuff needed for daily use compared to other rentals we came across. If you're renting one, make sure to hit up Robert first; you won't be disappointed in his RV, and most of all, his customer service is top-notch!
