Responsive, flexible, and accommodating
Guests consistently praise Nicholas for quick responses, flexibility, and resolving issues. He is described as nice and accommodating. However, one booking was canceled by the host 6 days prior to departure.
Significant cleanliness and fridge issues
The camper was not clean upon arrival, with an odor, dirty floors, q-tips, and food in the microwave. The refrigerator malfunctioned, freezing food, and had rusted shelves. The main bed was comfortable and A/C cold.

3.0The host was very nice. We were disappointed with some housekeeping aspects. Our main issue; however, was that the refrigerator did not work right. All of our food froze and we had to throw out some of it. I contacted the owner and tried to adjust the temperature - however, it didn't work. We were not able to use it. Also - the fridge's shelves were rusted - not appealing. The camper had an odor -possibly from cigarettes - we are a non-smoking family, so noticed it. The floor and carpet area did not appear to have been cleaned. We mopped and vacuumed before moving our luggage in. We found q-tips in one of the bunks. The micro-wave had a chocolate bar in it. (we did not use the stove or microwave) Overall not as clean/maintained as we expected, but otherwise functional. The main bed was comfortable.
