Résumé de l'avis
Communicates clearly throughout the process
Chris kept renters informed at every step, provided a helpful walkthrough, and remained very responsive to questions on the road, though one renter recommends phone calls over text for urgent concerns.
Packed with features and amenities
The brand new 2025 Entegra Esteem RV came equipped with every desired feature, worked very well for family needs, and was extremely easy to understand after the host's introduction, despite a minor initial issue with expired license plates.

4.0After a very excellent experience working through and finalizing the rental agreement picking up the vehicle got a little rocky when we noticed the license plates had expired. The issue did get resolved but would recommend phone calls over text when the customer has a concern. The RV worked really well for our needs and the service by staff was very helpful. We would and plan on renting again.
