No Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the RV. Evidence of smoking will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit and may incur additional cleaning fees. Awning Usage The awning is not available for use. Past experiences have shown that awning misuse can lead to significant damage. Please refrain from attempting to deploy or use the awning. Roof Access Climbing on the roof is strictly prohibited. The roof is not designed to support weight and accessing it can lead to injury or damage. Pet Policy Hypoallergenic pets are welcome with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets will result in additional charges. Cleaning Expectations Please return the RV in the condition it was provided. Excessive dirt, stains, or odors will result in additional cleaning fees. Waste Tanks Black and gray water tanks must be emptied before return. Failure to do so will result in a dumping fee. Sewer hose must be thoroughly rinsed clean. Electrical Hookups Only plug into approved 30-amp or properly rated hookups. Using a household outlet or incorrect power source can damage the electrical system and is strictly prohibited. Driving Restrictions No off-road driving, unpaved trails, or rugged terrain (except established campgrounds). Geographic Limits RV must remain within the United States Extreme Weather Precautions If temperatures are below freezing, renter must take precautions to prevent freezing of water lines (or agree not to use plumbing systems). If severe storms or hurricanes are forecasted, renter must notify owner immediately for guidance. Security & Storage Please do not store bikes, surfboards, grills, or heavy items inside. Lock all doors when unattended. Renter is responsible for lost/stolen property due to negligence. Accidents & Damage Renter must notify owner immediately in the event of an accident, damage, or breakdown. Any unreported damage may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
