This camper is our vacation home on wheels! It comfortably sleeps 4 adults. There is 1 Queen bed, two bunks that are full size (300 lb max on those) the dinette and couch can be converted into beds as well if needed. Outdoor speakers, new TV. Bedding (Except pillows) are provided. There is some kitchenware provided: Mixing bowls, cooking utensils, can opener, kitchen towels, solo cups and plastic silverware. Measuring cups/spoons and one pan, one pot. First aid kit provided. 4 towels, washcloths and drying towels provided.
There is no generator provided so if you're going off the grid, you will need that.
Delivery & Pick-up Option
We will deliver and pickup this RV to most campgrounds within 30 mile radius for free (This applies to local southside VB locations without tolls) .
We can tow to the OBX ,Williamsburg/Yorktown areas for a $100 fee. Towing to the Eastern Shore (depending on location) $150 round trip. Please note, at this time we can Only do Delivery/Pickup on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) sorry for the inconvenience!
Renter Towing: If you would prefer to tow, you will need a vehicle capable of towing 7,000lbs total weight.
CampSite Needs: Please book the desired campground before reserving an RV. When booking a site, please have a site that will accommodate a 31' camper. This camper requires a 30amp circuit to run everything. And to avoid us cleaning and you being charged, try to rent a Full Hook-up Site so the water/sewage is emptied at the site. We can recommend a few sites locally based on other campers if you aren't familiar with the area. If we are delivering and picking up the rig and you are selecting a campground that is NOT a Full Hook-UP (Water & Sewage) included, the cleaning out fee does apply to your rental since we will have to do that.
