* This is a pet-free rig. Any evidence of pets will forfeit your entire deposit.
• No Smoking or vaping in or around the outside of the rig, as the smoke will travel inside. If it occurs and the rig smells of smoke your deposit will be forfeited.
**No Roof access allowed!
**There will be a charge If any keys or alarm remote are missing upon return. The cost to replace lock (plus labor) will be determined.
• An excessive cleaning fee of $150 will apply if the RV is not returned in the same clean condition as received.
• The pickup time can be as early as 9am and the return time will be by 4 pm. After 4 pm a late fee of $50 per hour will apply.
• Not Tailgate Friendly. No Festivals, or Desert parking. Evidence of this will result in a $250 fee which will be taken from your deposit.
• Excessive Interior/Exterior sand/dirt/mud that would require a full Interior/Exterior scrub, will result in a $250 charge taken from your deposit.
• Gas Fee: A $50 charge will apply, plus the amount to refill the tank if the RV is not returned at the same gas level as departure.
• The RV has (2) TV remote controls, if these are not returned there will be a $50 charge for each missing remote.
• Hookup accessories that are Included within this Rig:
50amp-30amp extension plug, and a 30amp-110amp extension plug. A power surge protector is included to protect the electrical system and must be used when plugging into shore power. A $200 fee will be charged if the surge protector is not returned. 25ft, sewer slinky, and 10ft. sewer extensions.
25ft water hose, and 10ft water hose, water filter, and water reducer connectors, which protect the water system.
* A $75 fee will apply for each item listed above that is not returned
*Also included is a windshield cover that ensures complete privacy. If not returned, or if damaged, there will be a $150 charge.

Highly recommend renting this RV. We loved it so much we decided to rent it an extra day during our trip. It’s roomy, clean, reasonably priced, and Joaquin was available at all times to answer any questions we had during our trip.
