31 foot Bunkhouse Coachmen Freelander RV with two slide outs. Disclosure- Top bunk is currently not installed due to needing repaird- RV still sleeps 6 -8 people comfortably. TV in the main living area, comfortable couch, clean appliances, T.V. in bunk-bed area, Queen size bed in master bedroom with door for privacy. Plenty of storage space, family board games, pots & pans, plastic dishware, bedding provided for master bedroom and Four bath towels, fold out chairs. one roll of RV approved toilet paper will be provided anymore needed is at renters cost. Absolutely NO Cats(due to allergic) Absolutely NO Smoking /Vaping OF Anykind IN RV. Returning RV by 12:00 pm(Noon) Unless otherwise discussed and agreed by with owners, if RV is not returned by noon their will be additional day rental fee upon return of the RV. If RV is not returned in the same condition as picked up i.e. damage free, and cleaned there will be a fee of $125.00 for detailed cleaning subtracted from the security deposit.Ce qui est inclusWe provide camping chairs, board games, 1 roll of RV toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and trash bags, silverware, potholders, and pots and pans along with plates and bowls, lien and towels. Retired military family. We bought this 2016 31 foot bunkhouse Freelander Coachman class C RV so that we could travel to see family and friend, we thought it would be a great idea to let others experience the freedom of the road in style so we are offering our RV for rental. This RV maybe a 2016 but has the amenities and look of a newer RV. Nice and clean, with low mileage.
