We've done our best to provide any and everything our guests might need for different occasions to ensure a comfortable & inviting experience.
-From supplying coloring books to outdoor toys for kids, board games for the family to card games for adult friends, movie options for rainy days, and all the necessities to make outdoor camping a blast- we've got you, your family or friends, covered!
-All our beds offer different options of pillows. All our beds are made extra cozy with fluffy & airy down comforters, making it too easy to drift off into a deep sleep.
Dinette & Couch turn into beds.
The bunk beds are both full-sized beds (each holding 1 to 2 people depending on size) and both offer a privacy curtain, an iPad mount at the foot of the bed, allowing you to Netflix and chill.
-Our kitchen, although small, offers all you need. Stove range, oven, microwave, pots, pans, cooking utensils as well as a toaster, tea kettle and a reversible pancake/griddle rack that can be used on the stove top or above a fire. Tupperware for leftovers, silverware, cups and mugs. We also provide plastic ware for outdoor eating.
-TV (not pictured), indoor and outdoor radio with speakers, powered awning with lights.
-Indoor shower also doubles as a mini tub for the little ones. Outdoor shower for those super dirty pets or kids! Reliable A/C and furnace to stay comfortable.
**For $40, we offer an "Outdoor Package" that provides you with Cornhole set, 4 outdoor folding chairs, 3 children's folding chairs, Smore's roasting kit (sticks & ingredients included), and 2 packs of fire starter.**
-Delivery/Pick Up is available within 40 miles of Colorado Springs for a $100 fee.
-This travel trailer can be pulled with any 1/2 ton vehicle (Ford F-150, Chevy Silverado 1500, Chevy Suburban) vehicle just needs a 6,000 lbs towing capacity. Must have a controlled break system. Our trailer will never be at its full weight of 6500. Dry weight 4912 lbs.
