-Make sure your vehicle is rated to tow the rig. (5300lbs unloaded)
-Inform us of any accidents or damages.
-Remember to reach out if you forget any switches, buttons, set-up procedures.In addition, when a booking is approved, the renter assumes full responsibility for the tow vehicle. Regardless of insurance coverage, any accidents or damage that is not covered by insurance, the renter is responsible for the entire cost of damage repair up to and including the full price of the vehicle. The renter should try their best to repair any minor damage before the return of the rental and to disclose the repairs that were made. Minor repairs are fine and are appreciated, with the understanding that this is normal wear and tear. The renter also agrees to the additional costs incurred if minor repairs are not complete at the time of the return of the rental. The additional costs include, but are not limited to, cost of materials, labor at up to $25 per hour, and potential business loss due to repair time. The renter should know that the owner will do their best to handle minor repairs in house as to minimize the cost to the renter, but that there are certain repairs that are out of the skill set of the owner and will potentially require professional repair.
