Brand new. Used 3 times. Technically sleeps 7 (1 queen bed, 2 full beds, 1 fold out dinette). Includes a list of things to do before leaving, when arriving at the site, and before leaving the site. No animals or smokers ever. Our small family of 3 cherishes this trailer and our time in it. Please don’t rent if you don’t plan to do the same. We are available and welcome your communications as we would always rather you be in contact than unsure about how to do something. Surrounded by RV sites including FDR State Park and Chewacla State Park.
