5.0We had a great time in the RecVan taking it to the coast near Watsonville! Abigail was super responsive and helpful walking us through our first RV experience. Everything in the van worked great - two burner stove was easy to use, was nice having a fridge, and bathroom tank dumping was easier than I expected. Abbie provided videos to help along the way. As newbies it took us some time to figure a few things out and understand the quirks such as doors need to be closed hard and buttons on the control panels need to be pushed fairly hard. We rented this van specifically because of the bed layout for my husband who is 6'4". Although he could not quite stand up straight, he did fit well in the bed. I would do it again!

4.0The van was clean and well-equipped. We had a lovely trip up the California coast to Oregon. The van handled well. It was a very steep learning curve on how to use the electricity, gray/black water, etc. since we'd never rented a van before. We definitely could have used a more thorough orientation to the van. But other than that we had a great time.

5.0We had such a great camping weekend up in Mt. Shasta aboard Abigail's Jayco Swift Camper van. Everything went so smooth and she was above and beyond on it with making the experience exceptional. Looking forward to heading out into the great outdoors with that van again!
