Thank you for considering us to host your next camping experience. The Phelps & Co. is a family that believes in making memories that will last a lifetime. We vow to make you feel at home, away from home, every time you enter our motorhome. We even added board games and cards to start your camping trip off right. This Class A camper is newly remodeled with you in mind. With Covid-19 in full effect, we added vinyl to the seats for sanitary purposes. We also updated the interior paint of the walls for a fresh warm, and modern feel. The RV can sleep five people comfortably.

Due to this being a stationary rental only, a $30.00 fee is applied to the rental for us to empty the waste tank. Before closing out your rental, make sure the camper is in the same condition that it was delivered. If it is not returned in the same condition, a service and cleaning fee of $300.00 will be applied. The delivery includes 30 miles free and a fee of $50.00 for up to the next 1-30 miles thereafter (90 miles maximum delivery).Our goal is to cover every concern and make you feel at home. It is your job to treat our motorhome like your very own to reduce any incidental fees.
