Michael delivered and set up the RV on time as promised. He was meticulous about getting it balanced. He gave me a tour, showed me how to operate everything and answered my questions. The RV was clean and inviting. The fireplace was great and added extra ambiance. Good communication before, during and after our rental. No issues at all. I would recommend Michael and his RV. A great overall experience.
