Deborah consistently provided stellar and constant communication before and during trips, was very nice, helpful, understanding, and responsive to questions. She and Crystal also ensured the trailer was well-stocked.

The RV/camper is consistently described as very clean, comfortable, and well-kept. It comes fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, paper products, and has effective AC, a warm shower, and recliners.

Deborah and Crystal stocked the trailer very well for every need: coffee, utensils, paper towels, trash can and bags, bed sheets, pillows, etc. They were very communicative before the rental to ensure a smooth pickup and were very understanding and patient when our tow vehicle broke down heading back home. Outstanding hosts and a great rental.
