3.0Our experience with this trailer was unfortunately disappointing due to the condition it was in when we arrived. The unit was not clean and required a significant amount of work before we felt comfortable staying in it. We spent close to two hours scouring the shower, sweeping and mopping because of the amount of dirt and debris throughout the trailer. The worst part was the shower, which had noticeable mildew and buildup along the edges that required a lot of scrubbing to clean. The drawers in the main bedroom were also dirty and essentially unusable unless you were willing to take the time to clean them first. One of the bedroom closets appeared to have dirt and trash swept into it rather than properly cleaned. The air vents were also cracked and covered with dust and grime. Additionally, the mattress pad on the queen bed was extremely worn and we ended up purchasing a mattress topper to make the bed comfortable enough to sleep on. Communication with the owner was easy and he responded quickly when I reached out after the trip. He also provided a partial refund for part of the cleaning fee, which I appreciated. The trailer itself is a nice model and could be a great rental, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues we encountered made the experience less enjoyable than expected. I’ve included photos from our arrival to show the condition we encountered.

5.0Justin was in time, communicated well in advance, informative, and very easy to work with. The RV was comfortable, clean, and pleasantly cold even with the summer heat on us. Having the three AC units is a huge plus. We’ll definitely be using the RV again soon!
