2021 Forest river XLR 36TSX16 Toy Hauler. This is a 5th Wheel vehicle. If you don't have towing capacity, we CAN Deliver for added cost.
This rig has a Master front sleeper with a slide out for added storage. Front sleeper has direct access to the spacious front shower and restroom with 1st AC unit.Main gally space has the 2nd AC unit and a 12 foot slide out with custom reclining heated massage chairs that tuck perfectly into this nook to keep these seats out of the kitchen space.Living room has electric fireplace for setting the right mood or pretending to roast marshmallows. Full kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Stove and Pantry storage with full cooking and BBQ supplies. Table settings for 8 people. In this living area you can find the access to the bunk bed located over the garage space.The glass door towards the rear separates the "16' garage space" which has multiple functions. This garage can be used for transporting toys to your destination and then converted to a sleeping space with 2 drop down beds that also function as seats for dining or lounging. Easily convert the back garage 8'x8' door to an elevated private deck. 2 cables are all it takes to suspend the deck and create a sense of privacy with the fence railing you can easily convert this "garage space" into a ridiculously fun place to entertain and have fun.This trailer has 2 outdoor awnings, onboard generator, and refueling station for toys.Its new, everything works and is well maintained.
