We had a great experience with Talia and her trailer. This was my first time renting a trailer so I had a lot of questions and unknowns. Talia was super responsive and patient with me and answered all my questions. The trailer was dropped off on time and setup and ready to go before we even arrived. The trailer was very nice and clean and we really appreciated all the different amenities they included (towels, pots & pans, camp chairs etc.). This allowed us to pack less stuff in our car (we had limited trunk space) and made our trip a lot less stressful.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I work from home so as long as I have a 24 hour notice I can accommodate pickup and drop off at any time on any day.
Q.How long is the trailer and what size campsite do I need?
R.
I always search for campsites that are about 30 feet in length and have "pull through" driveways for ease of parking and mobility to accommodate the trailer. The trailer is 21 feet total including the propane tank and hitch so as long as you have a minimum of 21 feet of space you can always unhook the trailer once you've set up and stabilized it.
Q.Do I need any special tools to set up the trailer?

All setup tools needed are included in the rental and we can walk through how to use them before you head out for your camping getaway.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
We can show you how to use this setup, all hookup cables and materials needed are included with your rental and we can absolutely do a walk through of setup and functionality before you head out on the road. We also have our website mcadventurentals dot com where we linked video tutorials and a manual for operating our trailer.
