Welcome Campers!!!This 2022 Genesis bumper-pull Toy Hauler comes fully stocked with amenities, spacious interior, and ready for your trip to the mountains, beaches, city, or desert. It’s available for pickup or delivery. Pickup will be in Corona, CA. For delivery, I can deliver to your house the day before your trip if you'll be towing yourself, or I can deliver directly to your campground and set it up for you, whichever works best. (Just FYI, most State and National Parks will not allow rental deliveries as that's considered commercial activity.)A few Important items to be aware of before we describe the trailer…- Although we allow any breed of house-trained dogs, please NO Cats. There will be a Pet Cleaning Fee to properly sanitize and prepare the camper for our next guest.- Outdoorsy will require you to pick from 3 levels of insurance coverage, None of these cover Interior damage, only the exterior. So, if you’re bringing a dog, OR, hauling any Off-Road toys like RZR’s, dirt bikes, quads, etc. We Highly request that you purchase the “Interior Damage Protection” for a flat rate of $69. RecommandationsOur favorite places to camp are Big Bear, Ocotillo Wells/Truck Haven, Newport Dunes, Silent Valley, Launch Pointe, Kern River, and really any Mountain, River, or Beach locations. Please keep dogs off furniture.- Brake Controller is required for all vehicles with electric brakes.- If something gets damaged, please don't try to hide it, let us know immediately. We understand accidents happen, IT'S OK.- Total Trailer Length is 32' 1". IF you plan to drop the Party Gate, just make sure your camping spot is 39' or more so you can park AND use the Party Deck.Enjoy!

• PLEASE NO SMOKING IN THE CAMPER, INCLUDING VAPING • Renter MUST provide their own brake controller on their tow vehicle. If during check-out the guest vehicle is found to not have a break controller, the reservation may be cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. • $69 Interior Damage Protection is HIGHLY REQUESTED if Renter brings dogs, and/or will be hauling off-road vehicles such as Razr, Quads, Dirt Bikes, etc. • Please wash all your dishes prior to returning the camper to avoid additional cleaning fees. There is dish soap and a scrubbing pad provided. • Please pickup your trash, empty the trash cans, and sweep the floor. Broom and dustpan are in the bathroom, trash bags under the sink. • All used linens and bath towels can be left in a pile on the floor in the camper. • If you should run into mechanical issues on the road, the number for roadside assistance is [phone number removed] Your Insurance ID Card can be found on your booking receipt, as well as in your Outdoorsy App in the Trips section. • If you accidentally damage something, PLEASE don't try to hide it from us. It happens, it's OK, and that's what we have insurance and security deposits for. • Lastly, PLEASE HAVE FUN, that's why you rented it. We hope you create as many fun memories as we have in this camper!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

We're always willing to work with you. Give us the details of your trip and we will determine if additional accommodations can be made. If you plan to tow yourself, and are not taking delivery, we HIGHLY recommend making your reservations one day before and after your trip. This gives you time at your home to get everything loaded and prepared for your trip, and then unloaded again before you return the camper. Perhaps we can discount the day you need for pre-loading the trailer, just ask!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

R.

We will do a walkthrough with you to go over this before you take our camper on the road. There will also be a handbook inside the unit to explain. Be sure to keep an eye on your tanks throughout your trip. We recommend checking them every morning and evening to determine if you need to flush. If your sinks don't drain it is likely that the tanks are just full and it's time to pull them. Upon leaving you always want to flush your black tank first, followed by the grey.

How is your camper cleaned?

R.

Every unit is cleaned and sanitized inside and out before and after every reservation. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us. With that being said, please remember you are in the outdoors and these units are being towed or driven to wherever you are staying. We cannot guarantee a dirt or dust-free experience but we do our best. After all, you're camping!

What is your pet policy?

R.

We welcome any breed of dog so long as they are house trained. We kindly ask that dogs remain off of the furniture. NO CATS or other types of animals are permitted. All persons traveling with pets MUST purchase the "Damage Protection" package for $69 which covers the INTERIOR of the trailer for damage, this package also helps secure your security deposit refund. Those bringing dogs are subject to the additional pet cleaning fee of $50. See additional pet policy information in rental agreement.
