Corpus Dream RV Rental – Rental Rules & Policies To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all renters agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. No Smoking Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the RV. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. * Violation Fee: A minimum $500 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking inside the RV. 2. Travel Restrictions The RV may not be taken outside the State of Texas without prior written approval from the owner. * Unauthorized out-of-state travel is a violation of this rental agreement and may result in additional charges and/or termination of the rental. 3. Beach Use Driving or parking the RV on any beach is not permitted. * If the RV is taken onto any beach, a $500 beach usage fee will be charged to cover the additional cleaning, inspection, and wear associated with beach conditions. 4. Authorized Drivers Only Only individuals who have been: * Verified by the rental company, * Approved before the rental begins, and * Covered by the required insurance, may operate the RV. No unapproved or uninsured driver may drive the RV at any time. The renter is responsible for ensuring that only authorized drivers operate the vehicle. 5. No Towing Towing of any trailer, vehicle, boat, or other equipment with the RV is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization is provided by the owner. 6. Late Return Fees The RV must be returned by the agreed-upon return time stated in the rental agreement. * Late return fees will apply if the RV is returned after the scheduled return time unless prior approval has been obtained from the owner. * Additional fees may be charged if the late return causes another reservation to be delayed or canceled.
