She met us on time to deliver the rv, was patient with explaining everything, totally accommodating to my requests for changes in pick up times, etc. I got several compliments on how nice the RV was. And, I left something in the rv, and she mailed it back to me! This is a full send, I will be renting this RV again, thank you!
