•Height & Clearance: RV is 11’3” tall — always check bridges, trees, and drive-thrus.
•No Smoking or Vaping: $500 cleaning fee applies if violated.
•Pets: Dogs welcome with approval. No cats (allergy friendly).
•No Roof Access: The roof is not built for foot traffic.
Tanks & Utilities
•Tanks: Black & gray tanks must be emptied before return, unless you purchase the Tank Dump Service ($125).
•Water & Sewer Hoses: Provided with setup instructions — black first, then gray.
•Generator Use: 4 hours/day included; $5 per hour after.
Fuel & Propane
• Fuel: Return with the same gas level as departure or a Refuel Fee ($8/gallon) applies.
• Propane: Return with same level or choose the Propane Refill Service ($50).
Cleaning
•RV must be returned in clean condition (trash removed, surfaces wiped, dishes rinsed).
