Let Archie take you on your next adventure, whether it’s a cross country trip or a short getaway nearby.Our beloved Archie is a 35 feet luxury diesel pusher motor coach which offers plenty of power for climbing hills on trips to the mountains.There is a residential style refrigerator, small capacity washer and dryer, convection microwave and gas stove top. Archie has laminate flooring so it’s much easier to keep clean on sandy beach trips. There is one roomy bathroom with full size stand up shower and hair dryer. Two slide outs offer plenty of space to relax and move around.Sleeping up to 7 people, Archie has a rear queen bed with Sleep Number mattress and additional topper for added comfort, an overhead drop down bunk with full size air mattress, a convertible sofa with air mattress. Included is a 12 volt DC inflator for easy inflation of the air mattresses. There is a dining table that converts to a bed suited to a child. The bedroom has a door that can be closed to the rest of the RV for privacy. (Please note there are 6 seatbelts.)Because of Archie’s size, we do require you to have experience with RVs and with driving long/large vehicles.Please no smoking or vaping inside the RV. (Vaping may leave a residue over time that will require special cleaning.)We love including our dog, Shawn Lee, in our adventures and would be happy for you to bring your dog along as well with prior approval. We provide paper plates, plastic cups and plastic flatware to minimize dishwashing while you are on vacation. There are pots and pans and some cooking utensils.We will also include plenty of toilet tissue, two rolls of paper towels and disposable kitchen wash cloths. Do not use the awning. It's easily damaged by wind.
50 amp service is required to run air conditioners in summer.
Dogs allowed pending approval. No other animals are allowed in the RV.
Do not climb the ladder or get on the roof.
No towing of any kind is allowed.
Please return Archie clean.
There are sharp knives in the kitchen. Please take care to keep them out of the reach of children.
To avoid fees:
Empty both holding tanks.
Fuel tank must be filled to level it was at pickup.
No smoking or vaping.
Archie must not come back smelling of dog urine. A black light will be used to check for this as well.
Don't lose the keys.
Excessive dirt/mess left in the RV will incur a cleaning fee.
Do not disable the GPS tracker.
You will be responsible for paying tolls.
