Any vehicle with a minimum 8,000 lbs. or more towing capacity can pull this RV. I will provide the Hitch Ball Mount. Your vehicle needs to be equipped with the receiver hitch. A receiver hitch is a type of trailer hitch that bolts onto the underside of a vehicle, at the rear, and provides a tube for attaching a ball mount.

We have taken Chasing Sunsets down to Crystal Beach TX and stayed at an amazing RV park called Little Schippers RV park. It was pretty much right behind the beach front which was great.
Our kids loved lake Ray Roberts. its located 45 miles outside Dallas. It has an amazing beach front at the lake and the camp sites are well kept. Autres points à signalerThe owner is highly allergic to cats, sorry NO CATS.

1) Inside Chasing Sunsets is a strict SMOKE FREE environment, any violation will result in $0 security deposit refund.
2) If any damage is found inside the RV the owner will Fairly price parts + labor + $25(service fee) and deduct from security deposit.
3) Any missing products that is included with the RV rental, the owner will add the current market value + $25(service fee) to be deducted from security deposit
4) Climbing on the roof is prohibited any violation will result in $500 deduction from security deposit.
5) The renter is responsible for all damage or missing parts to the Anti Sway and Weight Distribution system. This system is not covered under insurance. Due to the very low chances of being able to find spare parts for this system, the renter is responsible for 100% of new Anti Sway and Weight Distribution system + installation fees.
6) The owner is highly allergic to cats, this being said any signs of cats in RV will result in $300 pet violation fee deducted from security deposit.
7) All drivers must be verified through Outdoorsy verification policy. If a non-verified driver is found driving but no accidents were caused there will be a $100 violation fee. All accidents made by a non-verified driver are not covered by insurance and will be responsible for 100% of repairs out of pocket.
8) Any sign of pet urine/poop inside Chasing Sunsets, $100 will be deducted from the security deposit.
9) The only three things that can go in to the Black Tank is Pee, Poop, and the provided RV toilet paper. Any sign of anything other than the three listed previously may cause the tank to clog and will result in a $500 violation fee to be deducted from the security deposit.
10) The Grey Tank is for washing hands and dirty dishes nothing else. All large food particles should be dumped in the trash before washing dishes failure to do so may result in a clogged grey tank. Any sign of anything except clean/dirty water and the provided dish/hand soap will result in a $500 violation fee to be deducted from the security deposit.
11) All claims made on the security deposit will have a 3% processing fee.
