They also have a small swimming area in the lake, paddle boat and canoe rentals (seasonally) and mini-golf.
• 411 River Rest Campground - also located in Chatsworth, GA, this family-owned campground also offers peace and quiet without being on top of a mountain. Located just 10 minutes from Carter's Lake, you can bring your watercraft and enjoy the camping life at the same time. They have bath houses on site that are really nice and CLEAN! There is a small swimming pool with a small splash bad. There is a small pond on site that is catch and release. Golf carts are also welcomed here. They also offer a playground that is very shaded for the kiddos. Definitely safe for kids to ride their bikes around the campground.
• Jellystone Park at Watts Bar - Located in Loudon, TN, you will be roughly 30 minutes from Knoxville and a little over an hour away from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. This is a great campground if you have kiddos. They have a water park and a swimming pool, general store that contains souvenirs or anything you may not have in the camper, a small cafe and a recreation center where they host different activities throughout the day. HIGHLY recommend downloading the park app if you go here to keep up with what activities are going on during your trip. They also allow you to bring your own golf cart or you can rent one from them for an additional price. (HINT: we offer golf cart rental as an add one with a very competitive daily price).
• RiverEdge Campground - Located at the end of Parkway in Pigeon Forge, TN, this campground offers a great location to enjoy time in the Smoky Mountains. • ABSOLUTELY NO ILLICT DRUG USE INSIDE THE CAMPER!
• Other than human waste, DO NOT flush anything down the toilet or shove down the kitchen or bathroom sink. This includes flushable wipes! The tanks are made only for human waste and toilet paper specifically for RVs.
• Only use the toilet paper that is provided, as this type is specifically for the tanks on the RV. If you happen to run low or out, please contact the host on what kind to purchase. A receipt will be REQUIRED in order to be refunded 100%. If no receipt, no refund will be given.
• Absolutely no fires under the canopy. This can cause embers to burn holes in the canopy which would lead to the whole system needing to be replaced at the renter's expense.
• Place ALL towels in the shower. This makes it easier to gather them and to ensure that none are left behind.
• Please pull sheets off all beds and leave them piled up on the bed.
• Unless there is inclement weather, please do not roll awning in upon departure. We will take care of that when we are picking it up.
• If there is inclement weather while you are renting the RV, please roll the awning in. This will keep it from getting any kind of holes and/or wind damage.
• Prior to leaving, please make sure the toilet is flushed and there isn't any human waste in it.
• Prior to leaving, make sure no personal belongings/values are left behind. Yes! We will return them, but that could take a week or so to do.
• When the renter runs out of the gas that is provided by the host in the generator and the 14 gallons they purchased, it is up to the renter to go and get additional gas - 87 grade. The host will not be responsible for coming and filling this back up. No refund will be honored for additional gas.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

No need to worry about this. We will take care of this for you. All you will need to do, is back your bags and show up. We've got the labor part covered so you can start enjoying your vacation.

Are towels included?
R.
Yes! We have fully stocked the bathroom with beach towels, bath towels, and wash cloths. Also, in the kitchen, we have included wash cloths to help with washing dishes and drying towels.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
We are very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. Tell us when you plan on arriving at the campsite and we will plan to be there at least 30 minutes before you so the RV can be set up and ready to go when you arrive. We will do a walk through and explain how things work and do a walk around to show if there is any pre-existing damage that you won't be held accountable for.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
After we finish setting the camper up, we will do a walk through with you on how things work. We will show you everything on the inside AND outside and will make sure you don't have any further questions prior to us leaving. If a question were to arise after we've left, you will be able to contact us on our cell phones or through Outdoorsy. We are good with either option.
