Also has a out side kitchen with propane double burner, sink and mini fridge. The dinette and couch both convert to extra beds. Communication was great and the guy was super nice but he did nothing to prepare the trailer for our rental. We showed up to a flat tire and the rest of the tires deflated as well as an inch of dust on everything, it was apparant no one cleaned the last time it was used, and the blackwater tank was already half full. Very disappointed for what we paid. I wouldn't have left such a low review had he offered a partial refund for the inconvenience of a flat tire, but he didn't seem to care. Thank goodness I had my dad with me, but the poor guy had to change the tire in 100+degrees. Super not cool. Definitely won't be renting from him again.
