2018 Crossroads Zinger 18BH in great condition, and no surprise automatic fees! Everything is included as long as the trailer is returned in the same condition it goes out. We provide a small library of YouTube videos to assist with setting up, operating, and tearing down your campsite.We are experienced Outdoorsy owners. See photos for our prior positive reviews for a prior vehicle!This lightweight trailer is a dream for a novice tower! Equipped with all the safety features (sway bars, brake controller connection, backup camera), it weighs only 3,500 lbs dry and can be pulled with small trucks such as a Chevy Colorado or even some SUVs (tow capacity of 5,000 lbs required; please provide vehicle specs upon booking).One dog is permitted. No cats.Sleeping quarters include a fixed queen bed, a private twin bunkhouse, and a dinette conversion bed to accommodate a maximum of 5 people.Electrical connection is strongly recommended. There is no on-board generator. Tank size is sufficient for a family of four for two to three nights; longer trips will require water/sewer hookups or a trip to the dump station.Bathroom has a small tub and a shower, and a toilet. Kitchen is equipped with a propane range, small refrigerator with freezer compartment, and sink. Single-cup Keurig coffee maker is on board, and kitchen is stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils.Outdoorsy insurance is required. No private riders will be considered. Awning use is permitted at your own risk- insurance does not cover damage caused by misuse or user error.Pickup/dropoff location and times will be arranged on an individual basis for the convenience of all parties. However, the trailer MUST be returned in the same condition it was released in: empty tanks, swept/wiped down, free of trash or dirt. The following fees will be taken from the deposit in the event that this is not completed:
Dump fee: $150
Cleaning fee: $100We work hard to accommodate your schedule. However, we do not accept camper returns after dark. An additional night will be added if return is not completed before sunset. In addition, since the camper is not stored at our home, we will charge a fee of $20 per half hour increment for tardiness in excess of 15 minutes unless notice of at least 30 minutes is given.We do not wish to "nickel-and-dime" anyone and hope never to add fees! However, we ask that our time and our property be respected.

Talk about amazing people to rent from. The camper was perfect, clean, and felt like home. However, what stood out the most was the host! Mr. And Mrs. Kelly had easy step by step instructions and went above and beyond to meet expectations. Definitely would recommend!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We do not have a set pickup/dropoff time. We work with each renter to determine what will work for both of our schedules. The camper is not stored at our home and the chosen time is important to stick to; late fees may apply for excessive tardiness without communication. We are willing to do early mornings (as long as it is not still dark), lunchtime, and evening. **We do not do returns after dark. Returns after sunset must book another night.**
