Driver Requirements • Must be 25+ with a valid driver’s license • Only approved drivers through Outdoorsy may operate the vehicle No Smoking • Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the van • Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees Fuel • Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as pickup • Refueling charge + fee will apply if not returned full Cleaning • Please return the van in the same general condition as received • Excessive dirt, stains, or odors will result in additional cleaning fees Toilet / Tanks • Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return • Dump fee will apply if not completed Usage Restrictions • No off-roading or driving on unpaved roads (gravel campgrounds are fine) • No festivals, tailgating, or large events without prior approval Awning & Pop-Top • Awning must be retracted when unattended or in windy conditions • Pop-top must be properly secured before driving Travel Area • Travel limited to the continental U.S. • No international travel Late Returns • Late returns may result in additional charges • Please communicate if delays occur
