Let us provide your stay for your next vacation. Brand new 2022 Heartland Pioneer BH270. We deliver, setup, go over everything, hand you a key to get inside, and you enjoy! Fully equipped with a seperate master with queen-sized bed, full size bunks, full bathroom, kitchen features include double sink, gas stove/oven combo, microwave, cabinetry for storage. Couch folds out to a bed and table converts as well. Heat and AC in unit also. Tons of storage space underneath all beds, and table for all of your gear! Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We can accommodate to just about any delivery/pickup time. Just ask during booking process.
Q.Do I (the renter) need to be present at time of delivery and pickup?
R.
Yes, we require renters to be present during delivery and pickup to do a walk through, to go over any instructions with the RV, we like to do this especially with first time campers who are unfamiliar with RV's, and to hand off keys. We leave a set of keys to lock up and keep your things safe if you will be leaving the RV at any point during your stay.
