This RV is equipped with 2 AC units, each on their own thermostat, Dual door fridge and freezer that operates on gas or electric, Dual reclining love seat with LED lights, massage and heat, 1 TV with DVD player located in the loft, 1 TV in the master bedroom, Full sized bed in the loft and queen bed in the master, dinette folds into a bed that can sleep 2 small kids, tons of storage, and many neat detailed features. You will not be disappointed in the comfort and layout of this RV! Driving is easy with the JRide Plus package, has navigation, and Bluetooth in dash. The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, and leveling blocks. (Note:Bedding is not included with the RV)This a NON Smoking rental. If smoked in, you will loose the entire $1500 deposit and will not be refunded.

GTG is good, Dustin was definitely friendly but the experience could have been much better. Few things they should improve from their end, is what I think:
1. The RV was pretty old, they should either add new ones to the fleet or service them properly before renting. Generator didn’t work at all while driving, if the ac was at max, then there was a drag when pressing the gas pedal.
2. Also a thorough walk-through of the RV should be done before renting. A troubleshooting guide is ok but if someone takes time to show the renter the nitty gritty details, that would make life more easier for both the renter and owner.
3. I am pretty mindful of someone’s privacy and never bother someone unless it’s absolutely necessary. But as owner, one should not tell the renter that don’t call or text us, you are on your own and do the things following the guide book. I rented RVs couple of times from others and they were pretty accommodative answering few of my queries.

This RV was loaded with the necessities and ready to go. Dustin made the pickup and return very easy. Gave great instructions on using the RV. It was a very comfortable ride and great for sleeping 5. We had a great travel to Tennessee. We will definitely use him again.
