Look no further, this is it! If you want all the luxury and comfort from an RV your looking at it. Very spacious floor plan with 3 slide outs, walk around kitchen island, dual wall hugging recliners with massage feature, (recline all the way back serving as sleeping area for 2) LED lights, large 3 person sofa that makes into an RV king sized bed! Fireplace with heat feature, pop TV, tons of kitchen storage, 3 burner gas stove, gas oven, microwave, dual kitchen sink, dinette for 4, pas through bathroom, closed area slides out in bed room, queen bed, 2 AC units, gas/electric hot water heater, power front jack, power stabilizer jacks, 2 electric awnings, and outside shower.Sleeping arrangements: Master has queen bed, 3 person sofa tri folds into RV sized king sized bed, Recliners lay mostly all the way back allowing for 2 additional sleeping options.What' included?
Single cup coffee maker, hand towels and bath towels, dish soap, fully stocked kitchen includes (pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, knives, cutting board, assorted cooking utensils, mixing bowls, measuring cups, and can opener. Mostly everything you might need! 4 rolls of RV toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels.Towing:
We will provide you with a weight distribution sway hitch. Please make sure your tow vehicle is capable of towing this RV. Your dry weight (no luggage or holding tanks full) is 7915LBs, fully loaded weight is 9,500 LBs and hitch weight is 905 LBs. Your vehicle must have electric brake controller installed. Can you pull with a half ton?? If your weight rating allows it than yes but I will warn you that it's a challenge in high winds and can cause your vehicle to squat low in the back end while hooked up. If pulling with a 1/2 ton, I suggest only going short distance for your trip. 3/4 ton or larger is recommended.Pets:
We do allow up to 2 dogs as we are pet lovers ourselves and know how much they love to go camping! However we do charge an addition pet cleaning fee so can make sure our next guest don't have to enjoy the extra pet fur:) Pets are not to be left unattended in the RV and not on the furniture please! Pet damage or excessive pet clean up may result in loss of deposit. Basically, Please respect our RV so you and others may continue to enjoy it. ThanksPick up time: 11:00 AM Return time: 4:00 PM
