Romr02 - Scout Kenai Expedition Truck — RAM 2500 Diesel Adventure Rig

At ROMR, we believe adventure is freedom—and responsibility. Our rigs are designed for exploration, but they deserve the same care and respect that make each journey sustainable for the next traveler. Please review and follow these rules to keep your trip safe, smooth, and elevated. Driver & Use Requirements Must be 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license and approved Outdoorsy insurance. No off-roading beyond graded or maintained forest and access roads. Drive cautiously—avoid overhanging branches, low clearances, or deep ruts. No standing or sitting on the roof, awning, or camper structure. Fuel, Fluids & Systems Use diesel only (for RAM 2500) and maintain DEF levels above ¼ tank. Refill DIESEL fuel to FULL before return. Drain gray water responsibly at approved dump sites; no black tank dumping (Scout Kenai uses a portable system). Follow orientation procedures for electrical, water, and heating systems. Towing & Weight Do not exceed manufacturer’s GVWR or carry items on the roof or rear unless approved. No towing unless pre-approved by ROMR. Interior Conduct No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the vehicle or camper. Pets allowed by prior approval only—additional cleaning may apply. Return camper clean, with dishes washed and personal items removed. Adventure Etiquette Respect campgrounds and dispersed sites—leave no trace. Avoid idling the diesel unnecessarily; use solar or battery systems instead. Report any damage immediately so we can support you quickly. Returns Return by the scheduled time to avoid late fees. A ROMR Host will complete a quick inspection and handoff checklist at drop-off. Your cooperation keeps every ROMR rig safe, clean, and ready for the next explorer. Adventure, Elevated.
