A surprisingly comfortable layout for the size. The combination of rear bathroom, dual sofas and large slide out make for comfortable accommodations while it's short length makes it an easier drive than most. 6 cylinder diesel engine provide a wallet friendly fuel efficiency. Great for a family looking for a relaxing vacation somewhere.Pickup & Drop off times are from 3:00 to 6:00 pm to support my work schedule. Depending on the schedule we might be able to support other times or do the walkthrough in advance for an express pickup. Please message for details. Ce qui est inclusWe include the essentials for all rentals including adapters to be able to use various types of power, water, and sewer connections an RV sight might provide. RV specific items like rapid dissolving toilet paper etc are also included so no need to stress that. All paperwork including the required Supplemental Rental Agreement will be ready for your arrival. And copies of the Outdoorsy insurance etc are included in the RV. No need to print or bring anything with you. RecommandationsWe recommend trying to break your travel up into legs of about 300 miles per day. This would typically equal about 6 hours continue driving per day and one refill of the diesel tank. This allows for plenty of time to hookup prior to dark and lots of time for brakes and meals. RV specific sites are recommended "pull through" sites will be easier since there is no need to back in but the short length, camera and reverse flood lights mean even a back in site should be much of a problem. If staying more than 3 days a site with "full hookups" or a sewer service is recommended so that the holding tanks can be emptied before filling up. Condition of Rental & Responsibility for Repair
Renter is responsible for all damage to the rental, missing equipment, down time (lost rentals due to repair time and or canceled rentals due to the
damage, and dealer’s administrative expenses connected with such loss irrespective of the cause of said damage or loss or the negligence or lack thereof of Renter. Renter is responsible for loss due to theft of the rental or any possessions or equipment therein. Renter is responsible for all damages due to vandalism of the rental. Dealer is not responsible for personal property left in the rental. All defects and/or damage to the rental noted on the RV Condition Form, identified via pre & post trip photos, or discovered during the dealers inspection period following the rental shall be the sole responsibility of Renter and Renter shall reimburse Dealer for the cost of the repairs. If the rental is returned to Dealer outside of regular business hours, Renter shall remain responsible for any damage or theft of the rental occurring prior to Dealer's acceptance of return of the rental during regular business hours. Renter acknowledges that any return outside regular business hours or not more than 60 min prior to sunset shall be inspected solely by the Dealer the following business day. There will be a cleaning fee for both interior and exterior if the rental comes back unreasonably dirty on the inside or the outside. The dealer shall solely be responsible for determine what constitutes a reasonable level.Insurance & Costs
Renter is solely responsible for any and all parking tickets, citations, toll charges and other charges issued during Renter's contractual possession of the rental. Renter acknowledges any such fees received will be paid directly and immediately upon request or charged per authorization above subject to an administrative fee of 10% but not less than $25 per charge received. Renter is to be held primarily responsible for all damage that occurs during their rental period and will hold primary responsibility of payment. If an additional third party shares some or all responsibility the Renter must pay all costs due under this contract first then independently pursue reimbursement on their own. All charges for damage, violations, and claims and excessive use are subject to a 10% administrative fee by dealer. Any damage to the rental unit that is not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the renter and will be deducted from damage claims. 10% administrative fee applies to damage charges even if those charges are paid by insurance. This covers dealer costs related to claims not directly paid by insurance including travel, fuel, obtaining estimates etc. Dealer has up 7 days from the return of the unit to inspect the unit for damages and contact the customer.Maintenance and Breakdown
Renter is responsible for mechanical damages due to negligence in operation and/or maintenance. Should a breakdown occur, Renter must immediately notify Dealer for repair authorization and follow instructions provided. Should vehicle be left abandoned is responsible for all recovery costs including but not limited to towing, recovery, transportation and lodging costs, and labor rate for Dealer to locate and retrieve the rental. Renter is responsible to all tire and or damage caused by road hazards during operation. This may include the full replacement costs of items like tires and the cost of such shall not be pro-rated. Hauling, Pickup and Delivery Renter liability for damages relating to the delivered rental begins when the rental leaves the Dealer lot or place of origin and ends when the rental is returned to the Dealer lot or place of origin at the same location. Renter agrees that due to factors beyond the dealers control the dealer will not be held responsible for deliveries which cannot be completed within the allotted time. Right of Possession Dealer shall always have a superior right of possession of the rental over Renter. In the event that Dealer's officers or employees, in their sole and absolute discretion, determine that the rental is at risk of damage or loss, Dealer shall have the absolute right, but not the obligation, to recover the rental from Renter regardless of the amount of time remaining in the rental Agreement. In the event Dealer recovers a rental from Renter, in addition to those costs payable pursuant to other parts of this Agreement, Renter shall pay all costs associated with such recovery including, but not limited to, employee wages, travel costs, fuel and repairs. GPS tracking devices may be used to assist with determining safe use of the vehicle and or location of the vehicle at any time.

My sister & I rented this awesome RV for a New England road trip. Charles was great from the very beginning. He gave an excellent tutorial on how to successfully operate every feature of the vehicle. He was also very responsive in the two times I reached out to him while on the road. This RV was clean and well-equipped and the beds were super comfortable! I would highly recommend this vehicle.

I rented for a month-long cross-country RV journey and had a terrific experience with Charles and his RV from start to finish! He was very responsive and great to work with through the entire process. The RV is very clean and well maintained and I enjoyed it immensely (I was sorry to have to hand it back!). Charles gave a very thorough instructional tour with tips to having a successful trip. During my many miles I found myself referring back to his briefing and I recommend that future renters pay close attention....his instructions and advice were clear and very useful. To me, he's the model for what you want from an Outdoorsy owner.
