5.0This was our first time renting a trailer and it was a great experience! The host was quick to respond to communications, pick up and drop off were both easy processes. The trailer itself was in excellent condition and it came with just about everything we needed for a long weekend. One slight miscommunication was around bed linens, contrary to them being listed in the “what’s included” section at the time of booking, they were not. Luckily we were able to borrow what we needed from friends we were camping with. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience!

4.0The booking process and communication with Joshua was great. He was very helpful in going over the trailer set up. We did run into a couple of unfortunate issue with the heating/cooling system, but Joshua was available by text to try and help troubleshoot as best as possible. Overall it was a good experience and we would definitely recommend renting from Joshua for anyone considering!
